The Diocesan Bishop of Madi and West Nile, the Right Reverend Charles Collins Andaku, was consecrated on 2nd March 2017.
Bishop Andaku was born on November 22, 1965, at Anavu parish of Terego County. He is the first born of retired Venerable Semi Draku who was archdeacon of Terego from 1988-2006.
He was Baptised in 1966 at Emmanuel Cathedral, Mvara, and confirmed in 1976 at Oraa Church of Uganda at Wandi.
The happily married Bishop has one child, but as he had a big heart for families during his time of being a chaplain at Muni NTC, Bishop Andaku adopted six other children whom he has educated, mentored and is continuing to take care of.
